This increase pertains to fees applicable under the Regulation respecting the selection of foreign nationals as well as fees for an
application for an Évaluation comparative des études effectuées hors du Québec (comparative evaluation for studies done outside Québec)
This 2.66% increase corresponds to the consumer price index in Québec, as at September 30, 2011. It respects the requirements under
section 83.3 of the Financial Administration Act of the Government of Québec.
2 The increase pertains to fees applicable under article 5 of the Regulation respecting immigration consultants. This 3.2% increase
corresponds to the consumer price index in Canada, as at September 30, 2011. It respects the requirements under article 16 of the
Regulation respecting immigration consultants.
